About Socials

Social Captain: Debbie South
Yes, we race and cruise... but we also gather with no other purpose than to enjoy good food and each other's company.
We also volunteer with Lake Lanier Association's annual "Shore Sweep", a large lake clean-up project held each September.
Monthly

Each month, we host a Member Social and Meeting. Starting in January 2026, we moved the social to 3rd Sundays (previously 4th Sundays). This change was proposed at the November membership meeting and approved in the December board meeting. The impetus for the change was to balance the month with the other monthly social (First Saturday Brunch/Cruise) scheduled two weeks prior.
Watch the calendar as occasionally meetings are moved to accommodate scheduling conflicts. In March, we will host the meeting on the 4th Sunday, March 22nd, instead of 3rd Sunday, March 15th.
