About the event
The Reggae Regatta is an Open event that will have fleets for Keelboats (with a PHRF rating) and all Dinghys, Catamarans, Sailboards and Juniors. This is going to be an exciting weekend. After the racing we will have the Atlanta Steel Pan and Island Music playing for us in the afternoon and after dinner. They are the sounds of the Caribbean. They perform Bob Marley, Jimmy Buffett, Jamaican Reggae and much more.
Now that you are in the Caribbean mood, let’s satisfy your stomach. Jonathan Stewart and Will Brown, our own Keelboat Culinary Specialists, will be cooking a special dinner for us. If you haven’t tasted one of their meals, you have missed a treat. These guys will be cooking Jerked chicken with all the traditional sides like pigeon peas, rice, plantains and a fresh fruit salad and there will be a special Rum cake for dessert. If you miss…
