JHM Women Skippers (NEW DATE)

Saturday, May 16, 2026 (Rescheduled after no wind 3/14/26)  ONLY register if you were NOT registered for the original March 14 date. Come race in the Joan Holcomb Memorial Women Skippers Regatta on Saturday, May 16!  

Hosted by Barefoot Sailing Club and Lake Lanier Sailing Club, it's not to be missed.

After Joan's untimely passing in 2010, we decided the regatta should be named in her memory. In the decade following, her widow Dean Holcomb was a tremendous supporter of the regatta.  After his unfortunate passing in 2020, his wife, Dee Rosenbaum, took the reins and continues to champion and generously support the event every year. Join the fun and honor a wonderful sailor and friend.

There will be an awards/food/social event at the LLSC Clubhouse following the racing. Awards will be presented to the top finishers in each category.
