The 51st Annual Barefoot Open (BFO) September 26-28, 2025, is an event not to be missed!
This is the longest continually running regatta on Lake Lanier... with two full days of racing for all fleets.
This weekend's regatta is hosted on one of the best venues for lake racing with knowledgeable and experienced race committee and judges!
Available to crew or add crew to your boat? Please check the Crew/Skipper Board. We have SEVERAL folks ready to crew.
To provide time for t-shirt printing, please order shirts by 6pm on Friday, September 19th.

This ticket includes a catered dinner at University Yacht Club with live music from Thunder Gypsy. The proposed menu includes: Appetizers; Seasonal green salad; Arrangement of breads with flavored butters; Wedding Rice; Sauteed green beans; Zucchini and Yellow Squash; Chicken Piccata (Sauteed chicken breast with wine, lemon and capers); Tuscan salmon (Pan roasted Salmon; blistered tomatoes; and spinach); a Vegetarian option of stuffed mushrooms.
