About the event
Come out and have fun in the annual Dean Holcomb Poker Run on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, hosted by Barefoot Sailing Club (BFSC). Because of the support Dean had provided for Barefoot Sailing Club over the years, we want to honor the memories of Dean with an event that is fun and one that Dean enjoyed. The poker game will be Five-Card Stud with the first card being handed out at the Skipper’s Meeting. Each boat should gather four cards - and only four cards - one from each of the designated marks.
This event is also featured as the first cruise of the year in lieu of the "First Saturday" cruise for January. If you are in need of a boat to join, please contact Bill Bond, the Cruising Captain, directly at b.007.bond@hotmail.com prior to the event.
