BFO Saturday Night Party
It's been 3 long years since we've last enjoyed the BFO Saturday night party. We're planning to resume our popular Saturday evening dinner, live music w/Thunder Gypsy and dancing - all on the deck of the Sunrise Marina Cove Clubhouse. Come out and join us - the dinner and show are only $30/person.

About the event
The 48th Annual Barefoot Open (BFO) October 7-9, is an event not to be missed! This is the longest continually running regatta on Lake Lanier. And this year... the Saturday night party resumes with Thunder Gypsy!
Two full days of racing for all fleets! The weekend will still be one of the best venues for lake racing, plus knowledgeable and experienced race committee and judges!
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Due to our agreement with Sunrise Cove Marina, we must have security provided (minimum 4hrs/$400) anytime alcohol is consumed. To keep the event affordable, we will only be having alcohol Saturday evening. Both the Friday night skippers meeting and the Sunday awards party will be dry (alcohol-free) events. Please respect that we need to abide by the marina guidelines and are trying to keep the regatta affordable.
- T-shirts are available to order online for $25 (short sleeve) and $35 (long sleeve). We'll be closing the online t-shirt shop ahead of the BFO (est 7-10 days) to place the orders in time. We also expect to have a few extra of assorted sizes and styles to sell that weekend. First come, first served.
