The low point system scoring system of Appendix A4 will apply using PHRF time on distance correction.
In addition to the requirements of rule 61, a protesting boat shall notify the Race Committee of its intent to protest at the conclusion of the race. This changes rule 61. Protest forms are available on the Race Committee boat. All protests shall be delivered to the Race Committee person at the “After Race Party” at the Webster’s houseboat at Aqualand slip W-18. The time limit is 2 hours after the last boat has finished or 15:00, whichever is earlier. This applies to requests for redress. This changes rules 61.1 and 62.2.
